We will leave your items in an insulated cooler bag and will swap it out for a new one each time we drop off your order. Please leave your empty bag out each week so that we can make the trade. If a bag is not left, a $15 new bag fee will be charged. Also, let us know of any specific instructions (where to leave the order, gate code, etc). Email admin@goodtogogvl.com with any delivery questions or concerns.
Tipping is not required, however if you would like to show appreciation to your delivery driver, it is always welcomed! You can add the tip to your order at checkout, leave cash for them, or can venmo at "goodtogogvl" and indicate the order number and we'll be sure they get it! Thank you for your generosity!
We have a variety of fresh and frozen foods. Please refrigerate fresh food and consume within 3-5 days. Most of our meals are fully cooked and frozen, and simply need reheating. Place frozen meal in your refrigerator 24 hours before cooking to thaw, then follow the instructions on the label. It is almost always best to cover your dish with foil while in the oven.
If you forget to thaw- you can still enjoy! Double the cooking time on the label and remember to keep covered with foil.
We strive to have everything labeled with reheating instructions, but sometimes we fall short (or they fall off!). Almost all of our dishes are fully cooked and just need to be warmed through. We recommend first thawing your item completely. Soups can be warmed in a pot on the stove or in a microwave safe container. Our dips, entrees, veggies, and sliders can be heated in a 350 oven, covered with foil, 30-45 minutes or until warmed through.
Our items are recommended to eat from the freezer within 3 months and refrigerated items 3-5 days.
